Saints Row contatins frequent violence with blood effects and portrays the rise of a criminal gang in a realistic setting in modern day America. There is frequent cursing and crude humor present throughout the dialogue. The character editor allows the player to have exposed uncensored female breasts and buttocks. Genitalia are not visible. NPCs can wear revealing outfits and use sexual innuendos in dialogue.
