The game follows Milodane as he arrives on Earth after everybody's has disappeared and a day has not passed since 1991. He teams up with eponymous Tinykin's and uses their unique powers to create ladders, bridges, explosions and more to find his way home across a city the size of an ant.

The game also has no enemies, health bars and the only ways to die is from falling too far or going in water, making Tinykin a non-violent game.
A free update to the game in December 2022 added the ability to select and change an outfit for Milodane and a challenge mode, a mode that players complete with new events.
